- Challenges:
The project faced challenges with a design-build foundation structure and heavy pedestrian traffic. Last-minute design changes and multiple concurrent work sites required Ironclad to accelerate the work and deploy several crews to complete excavation and backfill for the simultaneous construction of two residential towers.
